From the very beginning the key to the company success is an integrated approach to security, search and introduction of the latest security technologies. Today "Cerber" is composed of 11 companies, including two branches in Perm region cities. "Cerber" has over 2000 clients, that is more than 2500 guarded objects in the Perm city and in the region.
Modern control techniques are constantly entered; personnel evaluations are conducted to increase customer value of the company. The elaborate organizational structure includes headquarter, commercial department, technical security department, design department, assembly department, physical security department, logistics, accounting and personnel department.

Apart from psychological training employees have fire and physical training, and also improve their skills at the studies for special tactical and fire training every month. Engineering staff is constantly aware of the latest developments for security systems.

Innovative approach
"Cerber" is rightfully recognized as a number 1 innovative enterprise not only in the Perm region, but also in Russia. For 15 years the company stands guard over the interests of its clients and does so constantly in the forefront of security affairs.
In 1997 "Cerberus" was one of the first companies in Russia, which began to develop the direction of fire security along with the guarding activities. In 2003 the company entered into a united group of fire departments and divisions of the Fire Service Office of the Russian Emergency Ministry.
"Cerberus" was the first security company in Perm, and possibly in Russia, which became to use outdoor remote video surveillance system. In cooperation with authorities of the Perm region, Perm city and Police department, top management and specialists of the company are working on the project called "Safe City".
The concept of modern security, developed by Andrey Kozeev, CEO of "Cerber" ltd, includes: «School Safety", "Safety of a multi-storey residential building", " Security of the car and its owner ", constructing of remote video surveillance systems, and other important issues of contemporary security.
Recognition
The merits and achievements of the company are awarded with numerous certificates and awards, including the Certificate "for the active cooperation with the internal affairs in providing the order and in fighting against crime, and for the introduction the security technologies" by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In 2005 by the decision of the Experts Board of "guard and detective structures coordinating center " (Moscow) "Cerber" was acknowledged as the best innovative company after reviewing "Safe City" program which contained organizational and technical solutions to ensure the public order.
