Company's Policy is to introduce and maintain high standards of service, so the necessary condition for this is a high-qualified personnel. Staff has trainings for special programs under the guidance of managing personnel. Security personnel works in posts with special tools and service arms (IZH-71 pistol).
There are special programs in the company developed and used for the staff adaptation and development, programs for certification and raising the level of personnel skills, including internal and external training.
There is introduced the semi-annual system of staff certification in the company, which includes passing the tests on several training subjects, such as:
- fire training;
- legal training, knowledge of the Russian legislation;
- Physical and psychological training, development of physical, psycho-emotional endurance, stress resistance training (including hand-to-hand fighting);
- Health education (the first aid to victims);
- Criminology bases;
- Training for practical skills to act in emergencies
There are also held the monthly practical firings with the special weapon, weekly tactical trainings, twice a week hand to hand fighting.
It is introduced the system of monthly reports about providing services to a customer, which represents the latest information for the reporting period. "Cerber" carries out regular monitoring of consumer assessment of service quality, in so doing the company receives the analytical data that allows improving services.
Services provided by the Company, have governmental certificates of conformity.
