TECHNICAL (CONSOLE) GUARDING
- is the guarding of the property in the premises (objects) with the help of technical means, connected to the company central monitoring station (CMS). When receiving an alarm "Cerber" immediate response group (armed crew and a police officer) arrives instantly.
Console Guarding Service consists of two interrelated activities:
- On-line monitoring of signals transferred to the central monitoring station (CMS) from the technical equipment installed in the remote premises;
- Immediate response in the event of alarm: the immediate response group (IRG) arrives at the object.
Signal transfer from technical means and systems to the central monitoring station is done via radio, telephone lines, GSM and CDMA communication channels. The type of equipment installed in premises depends on the communication channel selected by the client. It is possible to use two transfer channels to guarantee the signaling.
Services are provided to both individuals and legal entities.
Actions of immediate response group (IRG) when receiving ALERT
Actions of IRG when receiving alert of intruder alarm to the central monitoring station
When receiving the alarm the IRG crew, consisting of 2 men and a police officer, properly armed, arrives to the place in terms specified with a client in a contract (depending on the location of the object). IGR members make an external inspection of the object for the presence of penetration traces. In case of detection of penetration signs, IRG blocks the object and provides physical security of the facility up to the arrival of the client or his attorneys. At night time (from 10p.m. to 8a.m.), clients or their attorneys are transported to the object and back by IRG additional crew. When clients or their representatives arrive to the facility, IRG members open and examine the object. Trespassers, carried out the illegal entry into the facility, are detained by IRG and transferred to the police department for further inquest.
Actions of IRG when receiving alert of alarm button system to the central monitoring station
After receiving the alarm IRG members (2 men and a police officer), properly armed, arrive to the place in terms specified in the contract (terms depend on the location of the object). In the event of illegal actions at the facility, IRG members suppress illegal activities, detain criminals and direct them to the police department.
Actions of IRG when receiving alert of fire alarm to the central monitoring station
When receiving the fire alarm, the "Cerber" first aid car, furnished with special signals, with the primary means of fire fighting and evacuation, drives immediately to the facility. "Cerber" works in cooperation with fire departments.
